Lucas Ramirez is a man re-made by the great love of Christ and loves to equip others to be change makers, leaders and innovators in their world.

Originally from Argentina, Lucas was born in Buenos Aires and emigrated to the U.S. as a child with his family. Now, Lucas lives out his passion for raising up leaders as a non-profit executive, author, keynote speaker and executive coach.

Lucas is a published author whose passion, storytelling and ability to energize have made him a sought-after speaker to diverse audiences across the country including students, politicians, CEOs, educators and leaders. Lucas delivers powerful keynote messages that inspire leaders and simultaneously offer practical principles for application. His work has been featured on FOX & FRIENDS and has spoken at nationwide corporate events for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, arena sized conferences such as Catalyst, Liberty Convocation and TEDx among others.

Lucas holds a masters degree from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and the greatest blessing in his life is being married to his college sweetheart, Thea Ramirez, who is the Founder and CEO of Adoption-Share. The couple has three kids and the family lives in Coastal Georgia with their two pups Bailey and Wally. Lucas thinks he might just be the luckiest guy alive.
